Following the release of Reflections, which received a warm response with over 80,000 views on YouTube, Ego Divided returns with a brand-new track: Fury of Hatred.
“Fury of Hatred” dives into the psychological collapse that turns frustration into pure, uncontrollable rage. The song explores the obsessive need for control, the toxic language that dominates online interactions, and the emotional spiral that pushes a person to reject everything and everyone. Lines like “I want to throw up because of you” and “I hate everyone, the world is in ruins” reflect a mind overwhelmed by its own destructive impulses. Even solitude becomes ambiguous: a place of healing or a deeper descent into darkness. With its relentless drums, sharp guitars, and cavernous vocals, the track channels the raw intensity of classic death metal while capturing the emotional violence of modern isolation.
This is the last song featuring Phil Spinelli (Tol Morwen) on drums, whose dynamic performance once again adds depth and intensity to the band’s sound.
This new single marks the debut of our new guitarist, Ermanno Siino — a musician driven by a deep passion for black metal, who delivers the blazing guitar solo featured in the track.
